A pure white iceberg floats on a clear blue sea. The sea is made of a refreshing liqueur jelly, and the iceberg is made of blancmange. This was created by cineca, a confectionery brand by Mio Tsuchiya, who studied confectionery after working in graphic design. She creates her creations using movies as inspiration, and this jelly is themed after Kafka's "The Castle" by the renowned Austrian director Michael Haneke. "She always chooses pretty obscure movies, which is what makes it interesting. I haven't seen this film yet, but the 'tip of the iceberg' means that the unseen part is much larger, so I wonder if that's some kind of metaphor. It makes me curious about the film as well."
