This blend coffee is from "Coffee Shop Watermark," a roastery and coffee bean shop in Manazuru City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The lovely name, "Forest Leading to the Sea," comes from the title of a live event hosted by the shop's owner, Shiori Kurihara, featuring musician Yumi Tamai. Originally created when the shop was located in Shimotsui, a port town in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, it has been renamed "Shimotsui Coffee" and is now sold as the Port Town Blend. It's a blend of Colombian, Brazilian, and Ethiopian beans, a medium roast that's easy for anyone to drink. We hope you enjoy it with a gentle feeling, imagining a calm surface of water. "I bought it at a friend's shop and it was so delicious that I've been drinking it at home ever since. I also love the name 'Forest Leading to the Sea.'
